目的评价疏水涂层对自酸蚀粘接剂牙本质粘接耐久性的影响,探讨牙本质粘接界面降解的可能机制,为自酸蚀粘接剂的临床选择和运用提供实验依据。方法选用四种自酸蚀粘接剂Adper Prompt(AP),i Bond(IB),Xeno Ⅲ(XE),SEBond(SE)。将新近拔除的48颗人无龋第三磨牙,去除牙合面釉质暴露牙本质层,随机分为实验组和对照组:对照组按使用说明常规粘接,树脂修复;实验组于常规粘接后涂布疏水涂层,树脂修复。垂直粘接面切成横截面积为0.9×0.9mm~2的条形微拉伸样本,随机分为24小时组和6个月组。分别在37℃双蒸水中储存24小时和6个月后,于万能材料实验机上进行微拉伸强度测试,对微拉伸强度值进行统计分析。结果四种粘接剂的即刻粘接强度无显著差异,水储后粘接强度均下降,疏水涂层运用后四种粘接剂即刻粘接强度及水储后粘接强度均有提高,以一步法自酸蚀粘接剂AP、XE明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏水涂层的运用能显著提高一步法自酸蚀粘接剂AP、XE组的粘接强度,在一定程度上延缓老化进程,对两步法自酸蚀粘接剂SE组及温和型一步法自酸蚀剂IB改善效果不显著。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of hydrophobic coating on dentin bonding durability of self-etching adhesive and to explore the possible mechanism of degradation of dentin bonding interface, providing experimental evidence for the clinical selection and application of self-etching adhesive. Methods Four self - etching adhesives Adper Prompt (AP), i Bond (IB), Xeno Ⅲ (XE) and SEBond (SE) were selected. The newly extracted 48 teeth caries-free third molars, removal of enamel enamel exposure dentin layer, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group: the control group according to instructions for conventional bonding, resin repair; experimental group in conventional bonding After coated hydrophobic coating, resin repair. The vertical bonding surface was cut into strips of microtensile specimens with a cross-sectional area of 0.9 × 0.9mm ~ 2 and randomly divided into 24-hour group and 6-month group. After being stored at 37 ℃ in double distilled water for 24 hours and 6 months respectively, micro tensile strength test was performed on a universal testing machine to make statistical analysis on the micro tensile strength values. Results There was no significant difference in the instantaneous adhesive strength between the four adhesives. The adhesive strength decreased after water storage. The adhesive strength of the four adhesives and the adhesive strength after the water storage increased with the application of the hydrophobic coating. One-step self-etching adhesive AP, XE was significantly different, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of hydrophobic coating can significantly improve the bonding strength of one-step self-etching adhesives AP, XE group, to a certain extent slow down the aging process, the two-step self-etching adhesives SE group and mild step France self-etching agent IB to improve the effect is not significant.
