栀子黄色素是由中药栀子果实中提取的天然黄色素,为类胡萝卜素色素。我室按照《食品毒理安全评价程序》的规定对其进行了二阶段毒性实验及三个月的亚急性毒性研究,并对栀子黄色素食品卫生标准的制订提出建议。
Gardenia yellow pigment is extracted from the Chinese Gardenia fruit natural yellow pigment, a carotenoid pigment. Our laboratory carried out a two-stage toxicity test and sub-acute toxicity study for three months according to the provisions of Food Safety Assessment Procedure, and made recommendations on the formulation of health standards for gardenia yellow food.
