目的 :以水溶性高分子材料PEG 4 0 0 0为基质 ,研究山腊梅滴丸的最佳制备工艺条件。方法 :以滴丸的成型率 (% )为筛选指标 ,以冷凝液上部的温度、滴丸滴制过程的滴速及冷却柱高度为考察因素 ,采用正交设计对山腊梅滴丸的制备工艺进行优选。结果 :山腊梅滴丸滴制过程中冷凝液上部的温度应控制在 35~ 4 0℃、滴丸滴制过程的滴速为 5 0~ 6 0滴·min-1、冷却柱高度 10 0cm为宜 ,按此优化条件制备的山腊梅滴丸成型率最高。结论 :为提高山腊梅制剂的稳定性提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To study the optimum preparation conditions of Shanlai Pills by using water-soluble polymer PEG 4000 as matrix.
