In a summer camp attended by both Chinese and foreign children, whenever foreign children are free to perform, I saw foreign children vying for stage or displaying their loud singing voice or revealing their beautiful dance or playing their own piece of music or swinging their bodies Cheer, it seems very free, active, input. Most Chinese children sat on the ground with a smile, clapped their hands and clapped their hands, making them very “good”. Later investigations showed that none of the Chinese children, singing and dancing or poetry and painting, were inferior to those of foreign children. This phenomenon has shaken the teachers led by the Chinese side. What makes the Chinese students so modest, restrained and introverted? The lack of strong sense of participation is the most important reason for this.
