目的研究炮制辅料羊脂油促进淫羊藿总黄酮肠吸收转运机制。方法釆用大鼠在体单向肠灌流模型和Caco-2细胞单层模型研究炮制辅料羊脂油对淫羊藿总黄酮自组装形成胶束后肠吸收的影响。结果大鼠在体单向肠灌流模型中,淫羊藿总黄酮中淫羊藿苷成分在4个肠段的吸收具有差异性,其中在空肠段最高。加入羊脂油自组装形成胶束后,在十二指肠和空肠段的渗透系数显著增加。Caco-2细胞单层模型中,淫羊藿总黄酮中的淫羊藿苷成分吸收渗透系数较小,加入羊脂油自组装形成胶束后吸收渗透系数显著增加,外排比率从4.72下降到了2.31。结论淫羊藿总黄酮肠吸收较差,加入羊脂油后可自组装形成胶束,其在肠道的吸收增加。
Objective To study the processing of accessory materials, suet oil, to promote intestinal absorption and transport of Epimedium total flavonoids. Methods The rat model of single intestinal perfusion and Caco-2 cell monolayer model were used to study the effect of processing oil on the intestinal absorption of micelles after the self-assembly of total flavonoids of Herba Epimedii. Results In the rat model of unilateral intestinal perfusion, the absorption of icariin in the total flavonoids of Epimedium brevicornum was different in four intestine segments, of which the highest was in the jejunum segment. The permeability coefficient of duodenum and jejunum increased significantly after the addition of the suet lipoid oil to form micelles. In the Caco-2 cell monolayer model, the absorption coefficient of icariin in the total flavonoids of Epimedium brevicornum was smaller, and the osmotic absorption coefficient increased significantly after self-assembly with the addition of the linseed oil, the efflux ratio decreased from 4.72 to 2.31 . Conclusion Herba Epimedii total flavonoids absorption is poor, after the addition of the suet lip oil can self-assemble to form micelles, its absorption in the intestine increased.
