数控车床精车后的连杆衬套表面粗糙度是影响其使用性能的关键因素之一。以某型号柴油机的连杆衬套为对象,采用单因素试验法,以切削速度、进给量以及切削深度为试验变量,以精车后表面粗糙度(Ra和Rz值)为评价指标,进行车削试验,研究各精车参数对连杆衬套表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,精车后连杆衬套的粗糙度随切削速度增大而增大,随进给量增大先减小后增大,随切削深度的增大而增大。其中,进给量对精车件表面粗糙度(Ra和Rz)的影响最大。
The surface roughness of the connecting rod bushing after CNC lathe is one of the key factors affecting its performance. Taking the connecting rod bushing of a certain type of diesel engine as the object, the single factor test method was used to test the cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth as test variables, and the surface roughness (Ra and Rz value) Turning test to study the impact of various finishing parameters on the surface roughness of the connecting rod bushing. The results show that the roughness of the rear connecting rod bush increases with the increase of cutting speed, decreases first and then increases with the increase of feed rate, and increases with the increase of cutting depth. Among them, the feed on the fine parts surface roughness (Ra and Rz) the greatest impact.
