俄罗斯国家标准委员会于1993年12月8日颁布了《儿童食品认证条例》(国家注册号:No·P·RUOOO1.8.1.0051)。该条例是在俄罗斯国家标准委员会认证体系范围内,发展食品和食品原料认证制度基础上制定的,并规定了对儿童食品施行两种形式的强制认证。现将该条例的主要内容介绍如下。 1.该条例规定的儿童食品两种形式的强制认证条例为: ——罗斯国家标准委员会认证体系条例; ——制造者声明的产品认证条例。 2.儿童食品分为两类:以牛奶、肉类、粮食、水果、蔬菜和鱼类为原料生产的,储存、销售有效保证期30(包括30)昼夜以内的产品(易腐烂的)和超过30昼夜(长期储存)的产品。
Russian National Standards Commission on December 8, 1993 promulgated the “Regulations on the certification of children’s food” (national registration No .: P · RUOOO1.8.1.0051). The regulation is based on the development of the certification system for food and food ingredients within the framework of the Russian National Standards Commission certification system and provides for two forms of compulsory certification of children’s food. Now the main contents of the Ordinance are as follows. 1. The two types of compulsory certification of children’s food under the Ordinance are: - Rose National Standards Commission certification system regulations; - Manufacturer’s declaration of product certification regulations. 2. Children’s food is divided into two categories: products (perishable) that are manufactured, stored, and sold in milk, meat, food, fruits, vegetables and fish as raw materials for 30 days and less (daylight savings time) 30 days and nights (long-term storage) products.
