介绍了采用高聚物注浆修复地下管道沉降与脱空渗漏的方法,通过实际工程应用,说明该非开挖修复技术成本较低、修复方便、能最大限度减少城市交通拥堵等优点。阐述了高聚物注浆管道修复的具体方法和施工步骤。采用ABAQUS软件模拟地下管道沉降高聚物注浆修复过程的受力情况,计算工况分为考虑自重作用及横向地震作用下的静动力分析,两种工况计算结果表明:高聚物注浆之后,管道内最大拉压应力、管道最大竖向位移和水平位移均明显减小,说明高聚物注浆修复后管道更加安全与稳定,高聚物注浆修复地下管道沉降与脱空渗漏起到了很好的效果。
The method of using polymer grouting to repair subsidence and leakage of underground pipelines is introduced.
