针对目前起重机设计中存在的问题,采用虚拟样机的方法对起重机的设计进行研究。采用CAD/CAE集成思想,在三维建模软件Pro/E和多体系统动力学软件ADAMS的基础上,成功实现了模型在两个软件间的有效传递,建立了某桥式起重机的虚拟样机。着重探讨了该起重机的动态仿真过程,获得了起重机的各种动态性能,为起重机的设计和性能评价提供了一种新的方法。
Aiming at the existing problems in crane design, the design of crane is studied by means of virtual prototype. Based on CAD / CAE integration theory, based on the three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E and multi-body system dynamics software ADAMS, the effective transfer of the model between the two softwares is successfully achieved and a virtual prototype of a bridge crane is established. Focusing on the dynamic simulation of the crane, the dynamic performance of the crane is obtained, which provides a new method for the design and performance evaluation of the crane.
