电力企业人力资源现状目前,我国电力企业人力资源存在很大的不足,相比于符合时代发展需求的员工队伍,还存在较大的差距。具体表现在人才总量不足,人才分布结构不合理,人才综合水平不高等方面,这导致电力事业的发展受到了很大的限制。具体介绍如下:人才总量不足,整体素质不高。根据近几年来的相关数据显示,目前我国电力企业中全日制本科以及上的高学历者在员工总数中占到的比重相当低,平均为10%~20%
