由公安部无锡交通科学研究所承担的科技部科技基础性工作专项《道路交通安全相关技术标准及数据库》、《交通违章信息技术标准及采集关键技术的研究》和公安部科研项目《公路交通事故控制系统》课题鉴定验收会3月24-25日在无锡举行。鉴定验收委员会认为三项技术成果处于国内领先水平,一致同意通过验收鉴定。《道路交通安全相关技术标准及数据库》根据《道路交通安全法》的要求,提出了道路交通安全标准体系明细表,在国内首次建立了道路、区域(或城市)为对象的交通安全评价方法和指标,研究完成了 GB/T19056《汽车行驶记录仪》、GB19522《车辆驾驶人员血液、呼气酒精含量阈值及检验》、GA406《车身反光标识》、GA468《机动车运行安全检验项目和方法》、《城市道路交通管理规划规范》、《公路交叉口交通设施》、《道路交通安全管理规划》、《道路交通标志、标线的设置》等8个
