目的建立直接测汞仪快速检测婴幼儿配方乳粉中汞的方法。方法通过正交试验优化仪器条件,设定干燥温度250℃,干燥时间60 s,分解温度700℃和分解时间120 s,直接称样测定汞。结果方法线性范围0~600μg/L,r≥0.9990,方法检出限为0.1μg/kg,高、中、低浓度加标回收率为88.0%~109.4%,精密度≤3.4%。结论该方法快速准确,样品无需前处理,环境污染小,适用于婴幼儿配方乳粉中汞的快速测定。
Objective To establish a direct mercury detector for the detection of mercury in infant formula milk powder. Methods The instrument conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The drying temperature was set at 250 ℃, the drying time was 60 s, the decomposition temperature was 700 ℃ and the decomposition time was 120 s. The mercury was determined directly. Results The linear range of the method was 0 ~ 600μg / L, r ≥ 0.9990. The detection limit was 0.1μg / kg. The spiked recoveries of high, medium and low concentrations were 88.0% -109.4% and the precision was ≤3.4%. Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate. The method requires no pretreatment and little environmental pollution. It is suitable for the rapid determination of mercury in infant formula milk powder.
