目的了解X射线机房放射防护状况,保证辐射安全许可证核发工作顺利进行。方法依据国家相关标准,利用FH40G-L型X-γ辐射剂量率仪,对X射线机房周围辐射剂量率进行监测。结果辐射剂量率最高值出现的位置主要是机房的门、窗,全市130家单位的223台X射线机房,有22家单位,25台X射线机房屏蔽防护不合格。结论南京市郊区(县)卫生服务中心的摄片机房屏蔽防护存在较多问题,加强对X射线机房放射防护的监测是很有必要的。
Objective To understand the radiation protection status of X-ray equipment room and to ensure the successful issuance of radiation safety license. Methods According to the relevant national standards, the radiation dose rate around the X-ray equipment room was monitored by using the FH40G-L X-γ radiation dose rate meter. Results The highest radiation dose rate appeared mainly in the room door, window, the city’s 130 units of 223 X-ray room, 22 units, 25 X-ray room shielding failure. Conclusion There are many problems in shielding protection of camera room in Nanjing suburban (county) health service center. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of radiological protection in X-ray equipment room.
