球面蜗杆的加工,我们一直在滚齿机上进行,加工前首先在车床和铣床上加工成工艺蜗杆轴,然后将蜗杆轴安装在滚齿机刀架上,刀具固定在回转工作台上。这种方法不仅效率低、操作难度大,而且由于加工中心距较近,使滚齿机蜗轮辐磨损严重。加工后,蜗杆齿面的精度和光洁度都达不到图纸要求。为了提高球面蜗杆的加工效率和精度,我们在CW 6163车床上安装了如图所示的机构,实现了蜗杆加工。

This method is not only inefficient, difficult to operate, but also because of the processing center close to the hobbing machine worm gear wear serious. After processing, the worm tooth surface precision and finish are not up to the drawings requirements. In order to improve the processing efficiency and accuracy of the spherical worm, we have installed the mechanism shown in the figure on the CW 6163 lathe to realize the worm processing.
