[目的]探讨低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)基因Asn591 Asn多态性与延边朝鲜族自治州朝鲜族、汉族原发性高血压的相关性.[方法]采用聚合酶链-单链构象多态结合DNA测定序列方法检测280例原发性高血压患者和410例对照人群LDLR基因Asn591 Asn位点的多态性;应用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆脂联素和胰岛素水平,应用氧化酶法检测三酰甘油及空腹血糖等生物化学指标.[结果]朝鲜族T等位基因频率在高血压组和对照组中分别为11.18%和20.48%,汉族分别为11.33%和20.77%,朝鲜族及汉族高血压组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);朝鲜族和汉族高血压组体重指数及体脂肪率明显高于对照组,而血浆脂联素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05).[结论]LDLR基因Asn591 Asn位点的等位基因T可能是延边朝鲜族自治州朝鲜族和汉族原发性高血压发生的一个危险因子;高体重指数、体脂肪率和低血浆脂联素可能是延边朝鲜族自治州朝鲜族和汉族人群原发性高血压发生的重要危险因素.
[Objective] To investigate the association between Asn591 Asn polymorphism of low density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) gene and essential hypertension in Korean and Han nationality in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. [Methods] Polymerase chain-single strand conformation polymorphism The Asn591 Asn locus polymorphism of LDLR gene was detected in 280 patients with essential hypertension and 410 controls by DNA sequencing. Plasma adiponectin and insulin levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Triglyceride, fasting blood glucose and other biochemical indicators. [Results] The frequency of T allele in Korean was 11.18% and 20.48% respectively in hypertension group and control group, Han nationality was 11.33% and 20.77% There was significant difference between hypertension group and control group (P <0.01). Body mass index and body fat percentage in Korean and Han hypertension group were significantly higher than those in control group, while plasma adiponectin level was significantly lower than that in control group P <0.05). [Conclusion] The allele T of Asn591 Asn locus in LDLR gene may be a risk factor for the occurrence of essential hypertension in Korean and Han nationality in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. The high body mass index, body fat percentage and low plasma Adiponectin may be Edge Korean Korean Autonomous Prefecture of important risk factors and Han population of primary hypertension.
