水电不可能成为主要能源除了煤和石油,水电在能源结构中占有重要的位置。全球水电的理论储量每年约44.28万亿度,可利用的为19.39万亿度,而可经济开发的仅6.4万亿度。到1980年上,已开发约50%:3.207万亿度。剩下的一半即使全部开发出来,只相当于每年增加 12.68亿吨标准煤。由于水电建设周期长,能开发的水能资源又有限,因此,它不可能完全填补煤和石油退出能源舞台后的空缺,不能成为未来的主要能源。
Hydropower cannot be a major energy source Apart from coal and oil, hydropower occupies an important position in the energy structure. The theoretical reserve of global hydropower is about 44.28 trillion kWh per year, 19.39 trillion kWh is available, and only 6.4 trillion kWh can be economically developed. By 1980, about 50% had been developed: 3.207 trillion degrees. The remaining half, even if fully developed, is equivalent to an increase of 126.8 million tons of standard coal per year. Because of the long period of hydropower construction and the limited resources of hydropower that can be developed, it is impossible to completely fill the gap after coal and oil are withdrawn from the energy arena and cannot become the main energy source in the future.
