“稻-螺-鱼”综合种养试验及其效益分析

稻渔综合种养是在传统的稻田养鱼模式基础上逐步发展起来的生态循环农业模式,是农业绿色发展的有效途径.本文在“稻-螺-鱼”综合种养试验示范基础上,系统总结了江西省“稻-螺-鱼”种养的技术要点.通过对鹰潭市贵溪姚超家庭农场开展的“稻-螺-鱼”综合种养试验测产和效益分析,结果显示,经过6~8个月的养殖,亩产水稻、田螺和鱼类分别达400 kg、750 kg和216 kg以上,亩综合产值、净收入达12000元和3820元以上,种养效益显著,为江西稻田综合种养产业提供了一种特色高效种养模式,发展前景广阔,可在全省推广应用.

2021年7月在江西新余和余江两个黄鳝养殖试验点开展饲料替代试验,根据不同养殖户养殖习惯和养殖模式(两年段养殖和一年段养殖),分别设置新余0%(全幼杂鱼)组、50%饲料替代组、100%饲料替代组;余江30%饲料替代组、50%饲料替代组、70%饲料替代组.结果显示,50%替代组生长要优于更高比例的饲料替代组(70%或100%),而全鱼组、30%组、50%组之间生长没有明显差异;结合养殖户实践经验,50%饲料替代养殖稳定,技术成熟,可进行广泛示范推广.
