当前的网络时代背景下,高职院校教师课堂教学面对的困境主要是师生课堂沟通困难,体现为学生上课玩手机不带教材不认真听课、师生语言沟通不畅、学生浅表化碎片化的阅读方式和学习行为导致学习效果不佳。要解决这些问题,教师应打破身份坚冰构建和谐的师生关系,打破心理壁垒实现与学生的良性沟通,在掌握校情和学情的基础上灵活调节课堂教学设计。
Under the background of the current Internet era, the predicament faced by teachers in classrooms of higher vocational colleges is mainly the difficulty of classroom communication between teachers and students, which is reflected in that students do not listen to lectures seriously while playing mobile phones without textbooks, poor communication between teachers and students, Fragmented reading and learning behaviors lead to poor learning outcomes. To solve these problems, teachers should break the status quo ice to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, to break the psychological barrier to achieve good communication with students, based on the master of school conditions and academic conditions on the basis of flexible regulation of classroom teaching design.
