目的研究红景天苷对糖尿病脑病大鼠的学习记忆功能影响。方法 Wistar大鼠分为3组:正常对照组、糖尿病组及红景天苷组。除正常对照组外,其余两组腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导制备糖尿病模型。红景天苷组给予50 mg/kg灌胃治疗。用药12 w后,监测大鼠血糖和体质量变化;Morris水迷宫试验测试大鼠学习记忆能力。结果与糖尿病组相比,红景天苷组大鼠血糖浓度降低,体质量增加,学习记忆障碍得以改善。结论红景天苷对糖尿病脑病模型大鼠的学习记忆功能有改善作用。
Objective To study the effect of salidroside on learning and memory in diabetic encephalopathy rats. Methods Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups: normal control group, diabetic group and salidroside group. Except normal control group, the other two groups were injected with streptozotocin (STZ) to induce diabetic model. Salidroside group given 50 mg / kg gavage treatment. After 12 weeks of treatment, the blood glucose and body weight of the rats were monitored. Morris water maze test was used to test the learning and memory ability of rats. Results Compared with the diabetic group, the salidroside group decreased blood glucose levels, increased body weight, learning and memory impairment can be improved. Conclusions Salidroside can ameliorate the learning and memory function of diabetic encephalopathy model rats.
