结合科研与生产的实践,运用粒子碰撞原理对镍催化体系丁二烯溶液聚合的转化率进行了分析,认为聚合过程中大量惰性分子链的生成导致转化率不会太高,不可能接近100%,而生成的活性种数目及活性种寿命是影响转化率的关键因素。指出在保证原材料质量的基础上,完善活性种制备技术是进一步提高我国镍系顺丁橡胶生产转化率的有效途径。
Combining with the practice of scientific research and production, the conversion of butadiene solution in nickel catalyzed system was analyzed by the principle of particle collision. It was concluded that the formation of a large number of inert molecular chains during polymerization led to the conversion rate will not be too high, , While the number of active species generated and the life of active species are the key factors affecting the conversion rate. It is pointed out that on the basis of ensuring the quality of raw materials, improving the active species preparation technology is an effective way to further improve the production conversion rate of nickel-based butadiene rubber in our country.
