开发了一种新型的数字式电子桌面秤。系统中采用了双孔弹性梁作为其弹性敏感元件,以STC89C516RD+作为中央控制器,基于层次式设计思想和Altium Designer平台进行数据采集硬件系统设计,选用C语言编制了数据处理软件。叙述了数字式电子桌面秤的系统工作原理及其架构,机械关键部件、数据采集及处理软硬件子系统的设计要点,给出了软件流程图和系统测试数据。根据GB/T 7723—2002《固定式电子秤》测试和标定表明,该系统不仅架构简单、操作灵活、巧妙节能,而且具有较强的电磁兼容性,所有称重技术指标均达到国家标准III级等级。
Developed a new type of digital electronic desktop scales. In the system, a double-hole elastic beam is used as the elastic sensing element. The STC89C516RD + is used as the central controller. The data acquisition hardware system is designed based on the hierarchical design idea and the Altium Designer platform. The data processing software is compiled by C language. Describes the digital electronic desktop scale system working principle and architecture, mechanical key components, data acquisition and processing hardware and software subsystem design points, gives the software flow chart and system test data. According to GB / T 7723-2002 “fixed scale” test and calibration shows that the system is not only simple structure, flexible operation, clever energy-saving, but also has strong electromagnetic compatibility, all weighing technical indicators have reached the national standard III grade.
