雍正元年以前,专业戏曲艺人隶属乐籍,他们身份低贱、同色为婚、世袭技艺。在乐籍制度下,其技艺内容经过了官方的规范,自中央到地方都有着相当程度的一致性,而此时的地方戏还很不发达。乐籍制度解体后,官方音乐体制瓦解,才使得地方戏呈现发展繁荣的局面。但由于乐籍制度在历史上长期存在,业已形成风俗,传统的音乐发展模式依然被艺人们所传承,并深刻影响到地方戏音乐。

However, the local opera at this time is still underdeveloped. The traditional modes of music development are still inherited by artistes and have a profound impact on local opera music.
