神经节苷脂和鼠神经生长因子联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的可行性研究

目的研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿使用神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子治疗的临床效果。方法 60例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子治疗。治疗后,比较两组患儿新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA)、智力发育指数(MDI)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)、临床症状改善总有效率以及血清炎性因子水平。结果观察组患儿临床症状改善总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿NBNA为(36.21±3.12)分、MDI为(91.24±3.35)分、PDI为(92.84±3.82)分,明显优于对照组的(32.21±3.24)、(82.43±3.46)、(82.54±3.74)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清炎性因子水平较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组降低程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合鼠神经生长因子治疗可提高患儿治疗效果,患儿脑损伤恢复程度很好,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of ganglioside combined with nerve growth factor (NGF) in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Sixty neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Children in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The children in the observation group were treated with ganglioside combined with mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of routine treatment. After treatment, neonatal neurobehavioral score (NBNA), mental development index (MDI), psychomotor development index (PDI), the total effective rate of clinical symptoms and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 66.67% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The NBNA in the observation group was (36.21 ± 3.12) points, the MDI was (91.24 ± 3.35) points and the PDI was (92.84 ± 3.82) points, which was significantly better than that of the control group (32.21 ± 3.24), (82.43 ± 3.46), ( 82.54 ± 3.74) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, serum inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the reduction in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ganglioside combined with mouse nerve growth factor therapy can improve the therapeutic effect in children with brain damage recovery is very good, it is worth in the clinical application.
