全面研究比较了在各种熔化和铸造条件下ZA27合金的韧性。结果表明:成功地进行晶粒细化不是获得高塑性合金的充分条件,而采用水平连续铸造等严格顺序凝固的方法,即使不加细化剂,也能获得高塑性高韧性和高耐磨性材料。
A comprehensive study comparing the toughness of ZA27 alloys under various melting and casting conditions. The results show that the successful grain refinement is not a sufficient condition for obtaining the high plasticity alloy, but the method of solidification in the strict sequence such as horizontal continuous casting can obtain high plasticity and high toughness and high wear resistance even without refiner material.
