随着社会的发展,青少年由于心理健康引发的问题越来越普遍。其广泛性已经引起教育专家的高度重视。就目前来看,学校心理健康辅导已普遍展开,但与学科相结合,特别是在与教学相关内容的结合方面还是一个比较薄弱的环节。德育教学是学生在老师的指导和影响下形成和发展健康的思想品德和心理品质的过程。在德育教学中,针对学生学习中出现的一些不良心理现象渗透心理健康教育,通过精心设计各种课型,确定恰当的教学目标,从而帮助学生调节自我,提高心理健康水平,克服不良心理障碍,提高课堂教学实效。
