目的探讨活体质子磁共振波谱分析对颅内肿瘤的代谢状况与恶性程度 ,并对星形细胞瘤进行分类。方法选取 16例颅内肿瘤患者 ,于手术前进行质子磁共振波谱分析 ,并与术后病理结果进行对照 ,确定肿瘤内脂质水平与恶性程度的关系 ,根据肿瘤内多种代谢产物水平 (Cho Cr,NAA/Cr,Lac/Cr ,Lipid Cr)对星形细胞瘤进行分型的能力。结果颅内肿瘤内的脂质水平随恶性程度增加而升高 ;将不同类型星形细胞瘤按其肿瘤内代谢化合物的水平分级 ,其结果与术后病理相符合。结论颅内肿瘤的恶性程度与活体质子磁共振波谱分析所得的脂质水平有关 ;采用质子磁共振波谱分析对星形细胞瘤进行无创性分型是可行的
Objective To investigate the metabolic status and malignancy of intracranial tumors by live proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy and to classify astrocytomas. Methods Sixteen patients with intracranial tumors were selected and analyzed by proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRI) before operation. The results were compared with the postoperative pathological results to determine the relationship between the intraluminal lipid level and the degree of malignancy. According to the levels of various metabolites (Cho Cr, NAA / Cr, Lac / Cr, Lipid Cr) on astrocytomas. Results Intracranial tumor lipid levels increased with the increase of malignancy; different types of astrocytomas were classified according to the level of their metabolites in the tumor, and the results were consistent with postoperative pathology. Conclusions The degree of malignancy of intracranial tumors is related to the lipid levels obtained from live proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy. It is feasible to perform non-invasive typing of astrocytomas using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy
