本文用透射电子显微术和硬度方法研完了16MnSiVN钢在热轧状态、不同奥氏体化温度和不同冷却速度下的显微组织及其与硬度的关系,结果认为铁素体晶粒细化和沉淀强化是该钢中两种主要的强化机理。
In this paper, the microstructure and hardness of 16MnSiVN steel under hot rolling condition, different austenitizing temperature and cooling rate were researched by transmission electron microscopy and hardness method. The results show that the grain refinement of ferrite And precipitation hardening are the two main strengthening mechanisms in the steel.
