以外侧开槽的螺旋槽动静环密封端面与不带槽的动静环密封端面间的液膜为研究对象,建立其三维的有限元周期模型,运用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent对液膜流场特性进行数值模拟,得到了液膜的压力和承载力分布规律。通过两者对比,分析了操作参数(转速、压差)对密封性能的影响,结果表明开槽的密封端面液膜具有明显的动压效应,液膜的承载力也大;并继续探讨了螺旋槽的参数(螺旋角、槽深)对螺旋槽机械密封的最大动压和承载力等密封性能的影响,研究结果为螺旋槽的设计提供了有益的参考。
The liquid membrane between the outer and inner grooved hydrostatic ring sealing surface and the non-grooved sealing surface was taken as the research object to establish its three-dimensional finite element periodic model. The CFD software Fluent was used to analyze the liquid film flow Field characteristics of the numerical simulation, the pressure of liquid film and bearing capacity distribution law. Through the comparison between the two, the influence of operating parameters (speed and pressure difference) on the sealing performance is analyzed. The results show that the grooved seal face liquid film has obvious dynamic pressure effect and the liquid film bearing capacity is also great. (Helix angle, groove depth) on the maximum dynamic pressure and bearing capacity of the spiral groove mechanical seal, the results of the study provide a useful reference for the design of the spiral groove.
