21世纪企业管理的重心将由物质资源的管理转向人力资源的管理,知识将成为企业的关键性资源,人才将成为企业竞争的基础。对于现代企业来说,企业管理的核心是人,现代企业把人看作是最重要资本和最宝贵资源。对于企业来讲,想要立足必不可少的要素是需要受到过良好训练且经验丰富的人才,而人才必须依靠人力资源的开发与管理,人力资源的开发与管理又离不开培训体系的建立,建立良好的培训体系,才能使企业和员工更好地发展。在日益激烈的市场竞争条件下,人力资源的开发与利用将成为企业生存与发展的关键。本文通过分析我国企业开展人力资源培训管理的意义,以及当前我国人力资源培训存在的问题,对加强人力资源培训开发管理提出了建议对策。
The focus of business management in the 21st century will shift from the management of material resources to the management of human resources, and knowledge will become the key resource for enterprises. Talent will become the basis for competition among enterprises. The development and management of human resources can not be separated from the establishment of a training system , Establish a good training system in order to enable enterprises and employees to better development. Under the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the development and utilization of human resources will become the key to the survival and development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the significance of our country’s enterprises to carry out human resources training management, as well as the current problems in human resources training in our country, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the management of human resources training.
