目的为了解龙岩城区蚊类季节消长与孳生状况,配合创卫,指导城区开展灭蚊活动。方法采用人工小时法进行成蚊季节消长密度监测;按照创建省级灭蚊先进城市现场考核办法,开展灭蚊前后不同孳生地蚊类孳生状况调查。结果6~9月份为蚊密度高峰期;灭蚊前后居民住宅和单位内外环境各种积水处蚊幼蛹阳性率分别为29.32%、1.67%,大中型水体蚊幼蛹均未检出,特殊场所蚊密度分别为0.24、0.11。灭蚊前花圃种植园地和居民住宅积水处蚊幼蛹阳性率分别为77.42%、29.20%;旧轮胎露天存放处的平均人诱蚊密度为1.11只,超过省级灭蚊标准。结论开展群众性灭蚊活动时间选择在春夏之交的4~5月份较为适宜。当年度开展的灭蚊活动成效显著,灭蚊后有关指标达到省级灭蚊标准。蚊类孳生地分布与以往不同,建筑工地已不在是主要的孳生地。居民住宅积水处、花圃种植园地和旧轮胎露天存放处作为蚊类主要孳生地是今后开展群众性灭蚊活动的重点治理场所。
Objective To understand the seasonal growth and breeding of mosquitoes in Longyan city, cooperate with health care and guide urban areas to carry out mosquito control activities. Methods The method of artificial hour was used to monitor the growth and decline of adult mosquito season. According to the method of on-the-spot assessment of establishing advanced provincial level mosquito control, the investigation of mosquito breeding status in different breeding places before and after mosquito control was conducted. The results showed that the mosquito density peaked from June to September. The positive rates of mosquito pupae in residential houses and various water bodies inside and outside the unit were 29.32% and 1.67% respectively before and after mosquito control. Place mosquito density were 0.24,0.11. The positive rates of mosquito pupae in pre-mosquito plantation gardens and residential areas were 77.42% and 29.20%, respectively. The average density of mosquito traps in open-air storage of used tires was 1.11, which exceeded the provincial-level anti-mosquito standard. Conclusion It is appropriate to choose the timing of mass mosquito campaign from April to May at the turn of spring and summer. The anti-mosquito activities carried out in the current year achieved remarkable results. Relevant indicators after the mosquito control reached the provincial-level anti-mosquito standards. The distribution of mosquito breeding ground is different from the past, the construction site is no longer the main breeding ground. Residential water storage, flower garden plantation and old tire open storage as the main breeding ground for mosquitoes is the focus of future mass anti-mosquito control activities.
