莽草酸途径与植物的抗逆相关,研究莽草酸途径中的关键酶,有助于了解莽草酸途径在整个植物抗逆过程中的作用机制。3-脱氧-D-阿拉伯庚酮糖酸-7-磷酸合成酶(DAHPS)是莽草酸途径七个酶促反应中的第一个关键酶,在控制分支酸的合成中有着十分重要的作用,为明确橡胶树HbDAHPSS在响应非生物胁迫中的功能,将HbDAHPSS在拟南芥中进行了过表达,对单拷贝转基因株系进行低温、干旱、盐害等胁迫处理,结果表明,橡胶树HbDAHPSS的过表达增强了拟南芥植株的抗旱性、抗盐性和抗寒性。
The shikimic acid pathway is related to plant stress resistance, and the key enzyme in the shikimic acid pathway is helpful to understand the mechanism of shikimate pathway in the plant stress-resistance process. 3-Deoxy-D-arabinofuranosyl-7-phosphate synthase (DAHPS), the key enzyme in the seven enzymatic reactions of the shikimate pathway, plays a very important role in the control of chorismate synthesis. In order to clarify the function of HbDAHPSS in response to abiotic stress, HbDAHPSS was overexpressed in Arabidopsis thaliana and treated with low temperature, drought and salt stress. The results showed that HbDAHPSS overexpression Enhance Arabidopsis plant drought resistance, salt resistance and cold resistance.
