目的通过研究吉林省通化县公共场所中央空调系统军团菌污染情况,为公共场所空气传播疾病监控技术的研究提供依据。方法随机抽取通化县部分公共场所中央空调的冷凝水进行军团菌分离鉴定和耐药基因检测。结果在37份中央空调冷凝水中检出嗜肺军团菌(Lp)8株。其中6株军团菌Lp1型,2株Lp5型;检出率为21.6%(8/37)。设计的8种耐药基因有6种被检出,分别是:bla_(TEM),bla_(SHV),bla_(CTX-M group1),bla_(CTX-M-2),bla_(CTX-M group9),aac(6)-ib-cr。结论通化县公共场所中央空调冷凝水存在军团菌,且分离到军团菌存在潜在的耐药性,应该引起有关部门高度重视。
Objective To study the contamination of Legionella in central air-conditioning system in public places in Tonghua County, Jilin Province, and provide the basis for the research on monitoring technology of airborne diseases in public places. Methods The condensate water of central air conditioning in some public places in Tonghua County was randomly selected for the isolation and identification of Legionella and the detection of drug resistance genes. Results Eight strains of Legionella pneumophila (Lp) were detected in 37 central air conditioning condensate. Among them, 6 strains of Legionella were Lp1 and 2 strains of Lp5. The detection rate was 21.6% (8/37). Six of the eight resistance genes were designed and identified as bla_ (TEM), bla_ (SHV), bla_ (CTX-M group1), bla_ (CTX-M-2) ), aac (6) -ib-cr. Conclusion There is Legionella in condensate water of central air-conditioning in public places in Tonghua County, and the potential drug resistance of Legionella isolated from them should be given high attention by relevant departments.
