视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度检查是研究视网膜结构的一个重要的形态学检查指标,光学相干断层扫描(OCT)可以实现对其的客观、准确的测量。大量的临床研究表明:疾病或外伤状态下的视野缺损与RNFL厚度有较高相关性,二者呈直线回归关系。而针对法医学应用的研究甚少。本文对RNFL厚度检查手段的客观性、RNFL厚度与视野缺损的相关性,以及RNFL厚度的法医学应用价值等进行综述,以期为法医学解决客观视野评定问题提供新的手段和视角。
Retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness examination is an important morphological indicator of retinal structure, optical coherence tomography (OCT) can achieve its objective and accurate measurement. A large number of clinical studies have shown that: disease or traumatic visual field defects and RNFL thickness has a high correlation, the two showed a linear regression relationship. However, there is little research on the application of forensic science. This review summarizes the objectivity of the means of RNFL thickness examination, the correlation between RNFL thickness and visual field defect, and the forensic application value of RNFL thickness in order to provide new means and perspectives for forensic science to solve objective field assessment problems.
