由辽河石油勘探局和石油勘探开发科学研究院共同承担的“七五”国家重点科技攻关项目“定向井、丛式井钻井技术”,提前一年完成任务,于89年9月通过鉴定。该项课题取得了以下十个方面的成果: 1.完成了包括油田区块丛式井平台优化设置规划,丛式井平台整体设计,定向井单井轨道设计三部分相互联系的设计方法。 2.完成了以28个数据文件为主体的定向井钻探数据库,并开发了多种应用功能的软件。 3.完成了下部钻具组合受力与变形的三维静、动态分析。其中,纵横弯曲连续梁法计算,受到国际上的好评。
Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau and Petroleum Exploration and Development Research Institute jointly assumed the “seventh five-year” national key scientific and technological project “directional well, cluster well drilling technology”, one year ahead of schedule to complete the task, in September 89 passed the appraisal. The project has achieved the following results in ten aspects: 1. Completed the design methods including the interconnection between the three sections of the oil well block cluster well platform optimization design, the cluster well platform overall design and the directional well single well track design. 2. Completed the directional well drilling database which is mainly composed of 28 data files, and developed a variety of application software. 3. Completed the three-dimensional static and dynamic analysis of the force and deformation of the lower part of the drill assembly. Among them, the vertical and horizontal bending beam method calculation, by the international praise.
