对盐池县潜在沙漠化草地(PD)、轻度沙漠化草地(LD)、中度沙漠化草地(MD)、重度沙漠化草地(SD)和极度沙漠化草地(ED)5种不同沙化类型草地土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶、碱性磷酸酶、脱氢酶的活性及这些酶活性与土壤微生物总量、土壤养分的相关性进行研究,以探讨沙漠化对土壤生物学特性的影响.结果表明:各种土壤酶活性总体由潜在沙漠化草地到极度沙漠化草地逐渐降低,各土壤酶活性与微生物总量、土壤黏粒含量及其他土壤养分含量均呈显著正相关.
In this paper, the soil catalase (CAT) in five different desertification grasslands in Yanchi County, including desertified grassland (PD), mild desertified grassland (LD), moderate desertified grassland (MD), heavily desertified desertified grassland (SD) and extremely desertified grassland , Urease, invertase, alkaline phosphatase and dehydrogenase activities and the correlation between these enzyme activities and soil total amount of microorganisms and soil nutrients were studied to explore the impact of desertification on soil biological characteristics.The results showed that: Soil enzyme activity decreased from the potential desertification grassland to the extremely desertified grassland. The activity of each soil enzyme was significantly and positively correlated with the total amount of microorganisms, soil clay content and other soil nutrient contents.
