关于线中殖孔绦虫( Mesocestoideslineatus) 的研究很少,在我国对其基本结构的描述也不确切,尤其对其生殖腺的形态发生及副子宫器的认识仍很肤浅,对其生殖系统及副子宫器的深入研究很有必要。本研究中完整虫体及孕节节片来自一女性感染者。用相差显微镜和透射电镜观察显示,早期成节中睾丸呈粗颗粒状,生殖孔位于腹面中央,卵黄腺及卵巢位于节片后部,均分为两叶。孕节副子宫器壁厚,内含大量虫卵称为卵团。孕节髓质中有大量线粒体、糖元、细胞核及细胞崩解产物,还分布着网状、片层状及涡状结构等特殊产物。从早期成节至晚期孕节显示了细胞不断退化过程。大部分生殖腺随着节片的发育成熟而逐渐退化,至晚期孕节阶段,生殖腺消失或干尸化,而此时副子宫器发育最完善。成节及孕节中的网状结构、片层状结构及涡状结构可能代表细胞退化的不同时期。(本文图见插页Ⅰ)
There are few researches on Mesocestoides lineatus, and the description of its basic structure in China is also not clear. In particular, the understanding of its gonadal morphogenesis and accessory uterus is still superficial. For its reproductive system and its accessory uterus In-depth study of the device is necessary. In this study, the complete body of worms and pregnancy section from a woman infected. From early into late pregnancy section shows the cells continue to degenerate process. Most of the gonads gradually degenerate with the maturity of the synapse, to the late stage of pregnancy, the gonads disappear or mummified, and the development of the paraneoplastic is most complete. Recess and prenatal reticulation, lamellar and vortex structures may represent different stages of cell degeneration. (See Figure 1)
