目的:观察半导体激光和Nd:YAG激光治疗结膜色素痣(斑)的疗效。方法:对18例18眼结膜色素痣(斑)患者行半导体和Nd:YAG激光治疗。结果:18例患者均为单眼,色素痣(斑)大多数位于内外侧睑裂部球结膜面,2例位于泪阜及半月皱襞,经激光治疗后,10例色素痣消失,有5例行再次激光后消失,2例行第三次激光后消失,1例第四次激光后消失。结论:半导体波长激光和ND:YAG激光治疗结膜色素痣(斑)是安全,有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To observe the effect of semiconductor laser and Nd: YAG laser on conjunctival nevus (plaque). Methods: 18 patients with 18 conjunctiva nevus (plaques) underwent semiconductor and Nd: YAG laser treatment. Results: All the 18 patients were monocular. The majority of pigmented nevus (plaques) were located in the medial and lateral palpebral fissure bulbar conjunctiva. Two cases were located in the glaucoma and half-fold folds. After the laser treatment, 10 cases of pigmented nevus disappeared. After the laser disappeared again, 2 cases disappeared after the third laser, and one case disappeared after the fourth laser. Conclusion: The semiconductor wavelength laser and ND: YAG laser treatment of conjunctival nevus (plaque) is a safe and effective treatment.
