VI. Implementation of MRPII After hearing about MRPII, many people in the factory often said with emotion: “The reason for MRPII is not esoteric, but it is very difficult to implement it”. This is indeed the case. The implementation of the MRPII management model is a profound enterprise management reform. It is a powerful tool that uses computers to implement a work that “had not done so in the past”. Therefore, whether it is from the inside or outside of the enterprise, it will inevitably involve the change of people’s ideas and concepts, involve the work style and methods, and even change the institutional structure, duties and responsibilities and management procedures. This kind of reform is necessary to truly reflect the laws of management and strive for greater economic benefits.
