在经典力学框架内,引入正割平方势,解析地给出了粒子的运动轨迹和振动频率。结果表明,量子阱沟道辐射的谱密度分布由线形因子决定,且随着谐波数增加,强度与谐波数平方反比减少;由于噪声的影响,高次谐波分量常被噪声掩盖,实验上,只剩下不多的几条谱线,这为低次谐波的进一步实验研究提供了可能。
In the framework of classical mechanics, the secant square potential is introduced and the particle trajectories and vibration frequencies are given analytically. The results show that the spectral density distribution of channel emission in quantum wells is determined by the linear factor, and the square of the harmonic decreases with the increase of the number of harmonics.
