首先对虚拟企业中收益分配比例确定的基本原则进行了分析;在此基础上,针对一个产品研发级的虚拟企业,综合考虑其伙伴投资及所承担的风险,利用模糊综合评判法,给出一种收益分配比例计算方法,并进行了实例分析以说明其有效性.
