利用Solid Works建立并简化切段式甘蔗收割机采用的轴流风机排杂装置的三维模型后,通过Solid Works Flow Simulation软件模拟分析轴流风机排杂装置的内部流场情况。根据实际情况设置仿真边界条件,模拟在不同叶轮转速、轮毂垂入导风罩深度等参数影响下排杂装置的出风口速度场和压力场分布,并比较模拟数据和试验测试结果,为切段式甘蔗收割机的轴流风机排杂装置的设计和优化提供参考。
Solid Works Flow Simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the internal flow field of the axial blower fan exclusion device by using Solid Works to establish and simplify the three-dimensional model of the axial fan blowout device used in the cut sugarcane harvester. According to the actual situation, the simulation boundary conditions were set up to simulate the velocity field and pressure field distribution of the outlet of the exclusion device under the influence of different impeller speed and depth of wind-deflector hub, and to compare the simulation data with the experimental test results. Suggestion for the design and optimization of axial fan blowout device of sugar cane harvester.
