在各种电力机车电器部件中,大量采用了4330酚醛玻璃纤维压塑料制品,过去一直是采用传统的直压工艺加工,虽然可满足一般产品的要求,但对一些精度要求高、形状复杂的产品,以及带有多方向金属嵌件的产品则难以加工。为此,我们对4330盼醛玻璃纤维压塑料的压制工艺作了改进,以压注工艺取代直压工艺,现就压注工艺作一简要介绍。一、概述如图1所示,将4330酚醛玻璃纤维压塑料装在模具外的料腔内,将其加热到一定温度(120~150℃),并施加一定的压力(400~500公斤/厘米~2),4330酚醛玻璃纤维压塑料即由浇注系统压至型腔,再保压一定时间即可取出产品。
