为预防和控制煤矿工人的不安全行为,遏制煤矿重大事故的频发,在分析煤矿工人不安全行为形成机理的基础上,运用系统动力学(SD)从内因、外因和干预对策3方面构建组合干预的SD模型。通过Vensim PLE软件对模型进行仿真模拟,研究煤矿工人不安全行为水平在组合干预对策影响下的变化趋势,检验组合干预对策的效果。结果表明,组合干预对不安全行为的控制作用明显,能够有效地控制煤矿工人的不安全行为,改善企业不安全行为干预对策体系,提升煤矿安全管理水平。
In order to prevent and control the unsafe behavior of coal miners and stop the frequent occurrence of major accidents in coal mines, based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of unsafe behavior of coal miners, the system dynamics (SD) is used to construct a combination of internal and external factors and intervention measures Intervention of the SD model.
