目的评价卫生应急管理在线培训效果。方法利用云平台人机对话和面对面两种培训方式对280名卫生应急人员进行卫生应急管理知识及突发公共卫生事件关键进行培训,统计分析考试成绩。结果面授组及格率44.29%,在线培训组及格率59.29%,在线培训的成绩优于传统的面对面培训,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在线培训作为一种新的培训形式,具有不受时间和地点的限制,自助式、易组织、成本低和培训内容快速传播等优势,是适合当今卫生应急人员日常培训的一个重要方式,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of online training on health emergency management. Methods By using cloud platform man-machine dialogue and face-to-face training methods, the training of 280 health emergency personnel on health emergency management knowledge and emergency public health events was conducted. The results of the test were statistically analyzed. Results The passing rate of face-to-face group was 44.29%, and the passing rate of online training group was 59.29%. The score of online training was better than that of traditional face-to-face training. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Online training, as a new form of training, free from the constraints of time and place, has the advantages of self-help, easy organization, low cost and rapid dissemination of training content. It is an important way for day-to-day training of health emergency personnel and is worthwhile Further promotion and application.
