通过救生舱内外的环境特点,对救生舱制冷方法进行研究,提出了以液态CO2做为制冷剂的开放式制冷方法。研制了适合于煤矿用救生舱的高性能CO2制冷装置,其结构合理、安装布置方便、操作简单、便于维护、不会产生二次污染。采用制冷后蒸发的CO2高压气体作为气动风机的动力源,解决灾变时期动力缺失的问题。通过实验证明救生舱制冷装置的性能可以保证救生舱内的温湿度适宜避难人员生存。
Through the characteristics of the environment inside and outside the rescue cabin, the refrigeration method of the rescue cabin was studied, and the open refrigeration method using liquid CO2 as the refrigerant was proposed. The high-performance CO2 refrigerating device suitable for the rescue cabin of coal mine is developed. The utility model has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient installation and arrangement, simple operation, easy maintenance and no secondary pollution. Adopting the CO2 high-pressure gas which is evaporated after cooling as the power source of the pneumatic fan to solve the power shortage problem during the catastrophic period. The experiment proved that the performance of the rescue cabin refrigeration device can ensure that the temperature and humidity in the rescue cabin is suitable for the asylum personnel to survive.
