‘细柳营’不在汉朝的成阳郊外,跟周亚夫也完全搭不上关系,现在它仅仅是广西南宁的一个书法篆刻团体,由陈国斌、黄泓、张羽翔老师带的学生组成。当初,听闻北京一批年轻人组成了‘小刀会’,张羽翔老师兴之所至,对我们这些学生说:‘你们就叫“细柳营”吧。’‘细柳营’就从此诞生了。‘细柳营’的成员几乎全在三十岁以下,多数只有二十岁左右。大约在一九八九年夏天,‘细柳营’最早的一批成员或是为了打发无聊的青春岁月,或是想拥有一手工整的字体以应付师长或顶头上司的责备,在某一天走进了黄泓老师教的书法班, ’Fine Willow Camp’ is not in the Han Dynasty Chengyang outskirts, and Zhou Yafu also completely irrelevant, and now it is only a calligraphy carving group in Nanning, Guangxi, by Chen Guobin, Huang Hong, Zhang Yu Xiang teachers with students.
