胰腺癌是一种高度恶性肿瘤疾病,其有较大的几率发生转移,且难以治愈,由于手术风险较大、治愈率低,所以使得生存率不高,据临床数据显示,5年生存率小于1％,因此也被评为“预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一”.这样的一种疾病对我们来讲,无疑就是“天塌了一般”.其实不管是胰腺癌,还是其他的癌症疾病,只要与癌或者肿瘤这几个字沾边,就无疑会增加患者的心理负担,所以一般情况下,家人会用说假话、隐藏病情等方式欺瞒患者,以便患者的心理压力能够降低,并且积极的面对病情,但是隐瞒的时间并不会持续太久,患者早晚会知道,所以最终面临的选择,无非是“治”与“不治”.而治要怎么治?不治又是怎么个不治法呢?其实就患者自身而言,治与不治都与自身的心态有很大的关系,且如何抉择,选择权在自己.
