目的:对诃子与绒毛诃子成分含量等进行比较研究,为完善其质量标准奠定基础。方法:采用性状鉴别、薄层鉴别、HPLC测定其没食子酸成分等。结果:从所测定的13批诃子与11批绒毛诃子没食子酸含量看,诃子含量显著高于绒毛诃子,最高高7倍多。鉴别结果也表明两者差距很大。结论:本文建立的没食子酸的含量测定方法,能够对诃子进行准确的定量,结果可靠,重复性好。建立的薄层鉴别方法,专属性较强,能很好了解两者成分的差异,可以达到鉴别目的。
Objective: To compare the content of Myrobalan and Myrobalan, to lay a foundation for improving their quality standard. Methods: Identification of traits, TLC, HPLC determination of gallic acid composition. Results: According to the content of gallic acid in 13 batches of myrobalan and 11 batches of myrobalan, the content of myrobalan was significantly higher than that of myrobalan, the highest 7 times more. Conclusion: The method for determination of gallic acid established in this paper can accurately quantify Myrobalan, with good results and good repeatability.
