Recently, the authors have reported that workers using vibratory tools experienced a decrease in peripheral nerve conduction velocity. In the meantime, the author explored the relationship between the peripheral nerve conduction velocity and the severity of vibration sickness from the more cases observed. We also measured the conduction velocity of those who stopped using the vibrating tool for more than five years and confirmed the degree of recovery of peripheral neuropathy. [Object] 242 workers (126 for forestry, 32 for quarrying, 72 for tunneling and 12 for others) using vibrating tools. Labor zero 4 to 25 years, an average of 11 years. Another 28 to 57-year-old healthy 16 men for the control group. [Method] The patient was taken at a room temperature of about 23 ° C
