近日,医疗纠纷事件不断增多,医患关系也日益紧张,患者对于医疗活动的自主决定权引起了广泛关注。我国法律对于患者自主决定权并没有明确规定,缺乏保障机制。针对这一现象,笔者将对患者自主决定权的完善展开讨论,以期引起公众对患者自主权的重视,保障患者切身利益,创建更加和谐的医患关系。 In recent days, the number of medical disputes has been on the rise and the doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense. Patients’ discretion over the medical activities has aroused widespread concern. Our country law does not have the explicit stipulation to patient’s discretion, lacks the guarantee mechanism. In response to this phenomenon, the author will discuss the perfection of patient autonomy, with a view to arousing public attention to patient autonomy, safeguarding vital interests of patients and creating a more harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
